Piacere Text is a simplified serif version of the Piacere typeface. Its design is spacious, full of air, with broad letters and wide serifs. In musical terms, piacere means pleasure, so type with pleasure, or “Digita con Piacere”!
The font family supports up to 178 languages, contains Light, Regular, Italic, Bold styles, has OpenType features such as Small Caps, Oldstyle Figures, Standard and Discretionary Ligatures, Localized Forms, and others.

Italic style has an extreme angle of 21.8 degrees. The lowercase (and some uppercase) letters have a different (cursive) construction from Regular.

Capitals to Small Caps: Uppercase letters, figures, and some punctuation are replaced with Small Capitals. Figures are proportional. The smcp and c2sc features are included in all styles.
Lining Figures: 0123456789. Figures are the same height as uppercase letters (cap height). Proportional, used by default.
Oldstyle Figures: 0123456789 #%‰. Designed to match with lowercase letters. Figures are differ from both Lining and Small Caps Figures. Proportional.

Fractions: ¼½¾⅐⅑⅒⅓⅔⅕⅖⅗⅘⅙⅚⅛⅜⅝⅞⅟ (precomposed). Any other fractions (even those typed through a slash) will also be displayed correctly, with the automatic replacement to Numerator + fraction + Denominator.
Slashed Zero: All 0 figures, including Lining, Oldstyle, Small Caps, Superscript, Subscript, Numerator, Denominator, and Fractions.
Stylistic Set "Lowercase centered at": @ character is vertically aligned with lowercase letters.
Contextual Alternates: ΆΈΉΊΌΎΏ. Greek uppercase (All Caps, Small Caps) accented characters lose their tonos accent and retain only dieresis. Turned on by default. If you need tonos accents in All Caps and Small Caps then turn off Contextual Alternates (calt) feature.
Standard Ligatures: fi fl fb fh fj fk qj qp. Turned on by default.
Discretionary Ligatures: at bh bk bt ch ck cp ct eh ek et oh ok ot rt sh sk sp st. The feature adds old typographic ligatures. Turned off by default.
